Hotel Zhero – Ischgl / Kappl is one of the newest boutique hotels to grace the European slopes. The hotel is found is found in between Ischgl and Kappl. This area is Austria has a reputation of being the birth place of ‘après ski’ culture… So you can only imagine the hotel will live up to this reputation.
The hotel ethos prides itself on symbolising fashion, high design, luxury and comfort. The architecture combines tradition and new-age, with the hotel has an encased glassed facade with vertical wooden planks. Something else that is pretty cool, the planks pay homage to the reclaimed local barns in the community’s agricultural history.
The hotel has 78 rooms and suites, including nine junior suites and four penthouses with private butler service, and dine at Zhero Open Grill, Kappl’s first a la carte restaurant, where executive chef Klaus Brunmayr serves a mix of regional and international cuisine. The nearby Ischgl resort beckons with 38 kilometers of pristine powder and you can finish of the day enjoying the best après ski in the world.
