It’s that time of year when people start to have a little scroll around on the net for a new jacket. There are a sack of good jackets out there with the latest tech add ons and fancy waterproof materials but one we can’t go past is the Quicksilver Spindye Snow Jacket.
Why over others? Well pro snowboarder Griffin Sieber’t seems to think it’s pretty good. But also the main draw card for us is its ‘DryFlight waterproofing technology’. What is that? Its a technology created by Quicksilver to ensure not a drop of water is getting in. To top it off it also has a stretch spin-dye recycled polyester plain weave for good measure. In fact, they’re the only action sports brand that utilizes Spindye’s unique resource-efficient technology that uses 75% fewer chemicals and 90% less water than traditional dyeing techniques.
Other notable features include a seamless mega-stretch lining, fully taped seams, inside goggle pocket, mesh-lined underarm vents, YKK Aquaguard zippers, a snap-away powder skirt system, jacket-to-pant attachmet system, and hand-warmer pockets among others.
